Riverview are delighted to be working with a privately owned and independent General Practice firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Wimbledon Village but covering London M25 and Home Counties to find a new Business Development Manager.
Regulated by the RICS, their reputation over the last 12 years has been built on quality, service and communication and their clients mainly consist of Private Banks and Private Individuals in the High-Net-Worth space.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager who, working as part of a team, will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with Private Banks, Solicitors, Accountants, Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers to maximise business potential as well as developing new relationships, including those with Private Clients.
Duties include:
Maintain and develop new and existing Business to Business relationships
Undertake external visits to existing and new business clients
Maintain market knowledge to maximise business potential
Ensure Directors and staff fully updated on changes within the market and changes to existing client relationships
Provide regular feedback to the company regarding business development
Provide clients with information about surveying options and respective fees associated.
Liaise with clients, Surveyors and office staff in regards to any queries or requests proceeding and following surveys
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Adhere to strict company turnaround times and service standards
Contribute to Surveyors meetings to update on Business Development as required by Directors
The ideal candidate will have a background in a property related industry namely, Banking, Estate Agency, Mortgage Broking, or Surveying and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Whilst this role is both field and office based someone who is situated within an easy commute of Wimbledon Village would be an advantage.
