Riverview Recruitment are delighted to partner with a fantastic private surveying company to find a MRICS Building Surveyor to join their dynamic residential surveying team in a busy and rewarding time.
Our client is a traditional surveying company concentrating on property in London & the South East. They are looking to expand and require additional Chartered (MRICS), experienced Residential Building Surveyors to do so. The Company’s Head Office is situated in Wimbledon and has had a successful 10+ years since its launch in February 2010. The reasons behind this are the very essence of their proposition which they have built on Quality, Service and Communication and which is enjoyed by both their Bank and Private Clients alike. Their aim is to use the wealth of their experience and local knowledge to provide an efficient and professional service.
Due to their continued success they have capacity to expand their team in all areas inside the M25 and can offer a range of flexible packages on an employed or self-employed basis, both full and part time.
Our client prides itself on quality of service and therefore their surveyors are not asked to inspect more than 6+ properties per day. It is usual for the surveyors to carry out one or two valuations in any given day or perhaps a Homebuyer Report and a small valuation or Building Survey only (Portfolios excepted.)
They work for Private Banks and some regional Lenders and do not take any work via the Panel Management route. This results in full fees coming to our client and their surveyors work in an agreed postcode area and they will not be asked to carry out any work where they feel they are out of their comfort zone.
Reports are dictated from home and sent digitally to the Head Office in Wimbledon. The reports are typed and sent back to the Surveyor for checking and to insert the photographs. It is then returned to Wimbledon office where the remainder of the process is completed. They have a full office support mechanism in Wimbledon where they can assist with all admin processes to ensure that the Surveyors life is made easier. They can also supply comparable evidence from our various “professional” databases thus again, assisting the surveyors in efficiency.
You must be a qualified surveyor, either MRICS or FRICS and have experience in residential surveys, building surveys, homebuyer reports and valuation.
