An independent public sector organisation based in London is looking to appoint a Facilities Operations Manager. This opportunity is client side and ideally they would like to attract someone on a permanent basis, however will consider someone in a temp-perm capacity.
In this positions, you will be managing a small client side team and the day-to-day Facilities operations within the organisation, including contract management, health and safety, project management. In addition to this you will provide the FM support to all tenants in situ.
The suitable applicant will be be an experienced Facilities Management Professional; ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified with excellent communication and people management skills.
If successful, you will receive a salary up to £46,000 per annum depending on experience as well as an attractive benefits package.
