  • Ability to work in a busy and physically challenging environment, responsibilities at three locations

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team

  • Ability to prioritise and undertake a number of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in handling of all data and multiple copying tasks

  • Full appreciation of issues of confidentiality in handling sensitive data

  • Commitment to quality service to clients, members of chambers and staff

  • Smart presentation and appearance and a uniform will be provided.

  • IT literate; a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is required. If not already proficient, training will be provided for use of bespoke software

The role requires working a split shift system of early (commencing 7.30am - 5pm), middle (commencing 8.30am - 6pm) and late (commencing 9.30am - 7pm) daily. A weekly rota system is applied and due to the nature of the work this role will require 5 days a week in office setting and will not offer remote working.

A competitive salary and package is on offer and first stage interviews will take place w/c 10th August.
