A leading service provider seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager (FM) to work across two corporate head offices in the heart of London. Both buildings have 80-person occupancy across 4 floors and require a customer-focused, dynamic and confident Assistant FM to ensure the smooth running of the office space.

The offices are occupied by sales and creative individuals and have a number of large meeting rooms and event areas. Key to this position is attention to detail and a dynamic solution-orientated approach to work. No two days would be the same and the customers require excellence in delivery so that they can optimise their work day without having to think about the office environment.

You will be responsible for an in-house help-desk and the maintenance jobs required, the floor walks and H&S checks required, the vending supplier relationships and the day-to-day running of the corporate office space.

You will oversee the room bookings and ensure that there are no clashes, client needs are met and new guests are made to feel welcome and at ease. There are a number of events hosted and the smooth running with catering, planning and space management is paramount.

You will manage two coordinators and ensure they are motivated to meet the clients needs and have the appropriate support to deliver the correct H&S and floor walks on a daily basis.

It is important you have previous experience working in a similar position and have at least an IOSH qualification. This is a progressive employer so you will see yourself working in facilities management for the long-term and within 3-5 years at a FM position.
