Riverview are delighted to be supporting a leading commercial finance provider to find a Business Development Executive, based in Grantham, East Midlands.

The role

To support the ongoing growth of the business we are looking to build a team of Business Development Executives to support our existing team of experienced Finance Brokers.

This is an entry level sales position into the world of Asset Finance and an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for those with a passion for sales, that are looking to fast-track their careers within the Financial Services industry.

The primary responsibilities of the role include

· Actively developing new relationships with clients from a variety of industries through prospecting, qualifying leads and developing an initial understanding of clients’ requirements.

· Supporting outbound sales and marketing activities and campaigns to set up business calls and meetings on behalf of the Senior Brokers

· Identifying new prospects through research and online networking

· Networking through social platforms and trade events

· Accurately manage early-stage pipeline deals through our CRM, and participate in weekly meetings with sales and leadership team to provide new business updates

· Actively participate in regular training both internally and externally to develop your skills and knowledge with the Asset Finance industry

· Draft proposal documentation and compile supporting documentation for the submission of credit applications
