A fantastic opportunity for a Day Engineering Supervisor, preferably with an electrical bias to work at a prestigious hospital, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. You will be required to be electrically qualified and have previous experience working in a critical environment within commercial building maintenance.

You will be working with a busy and dynamic estates team and be responsible for overseeing the four shift teams and the smooth transition between the night and day teams to ensure smooth operational running 24 hours a day. You will manage the reactive maintenance tasks as well as the weekly/monthly PPM maintenance. You will ensure that all work is recorded using the PDA's and liaising with the facilities help desk team as and when required. You will be responsible for liaising with contractors to get project work completed and ensure it is done to budget and to time, keeping a close eye on all orders and remedial works.

The service provider responsible for the building maintenance contract prides itself on its excellent working relationships, therefore you must be able to communicate exceptionally well both written and verbally to all levels and stakeholders.
