A north London NHS Trust requires an electrical bias Estates Officer to join the maintenance infrastructure team. 

Ideally the person would be HV qualified and have a thorough understanding of electrical, planned and reactive works within a health sector environment.

The right candidate would also have experience dealing with contractors, handling the procurement factors of new contracts and have the ability to work unsupervised whilst communicating with various delegates within the trust.

This role is a permanent opportunity but there is the opportunity to work on a temp-perm basis should the right candidate be immediately available.
