A leading office space provider requires a facilities coordinator / hospitality assistant to join their expanding team in London.
A relatively new and creative organisation that aspires to create communities at the heart of their offices, requires an individual that delivers five-star service to all tenants and believes that flexibility and space are key to ensuring best working practices.
As a coordinator within the organisation you will be a "problem-solver" and meet every challenge with tenacity and service at the heart of what you are looking to achieve.
It is imperative that you have a proven track record working in the hospitality sector and are able to use the skills within that industry to deliver facilities with excellence.
You will be responsible for the F&B contracts, the organising of bespoke events, the day-to-day centre management of the space and promoting the space to potential clients.
You will be great at networking and communication at all levels and the right candidate would be able to prioritise work loads and queries to find the best solution.
