A corporate business park in West London requires an enthusiastic and driven Facilities Coordinator to be park of a pro-active and customer-driven facilities team.
Responsible for facilities support across three buildings (8 floors each) the right candidate will be keen to get involved with the customer and ensure that problem-solving and service is at the forefront of every interaction.
You will be able to build excellent working relationships, communicate well at all levels and deliver 5-star service. The right candidate will have previous hospitality or customer service experience and whilst some facilities experience is desirable it is not essential.
The role is for a corporate business park and the client requires a pro-active, client facing, customer-driven individual to ensure that meeting rooms are attended to, floor experience is excellent, print facilities are working, catering spaces are effective and all common areas are at a high standard of cleanliness and care.
You will be responsible for escalating any technical faults, broken facilities, issues with equipment and service enquiries.
This is an immediate requirement as the previous post-holder has received a promotion to another account so progression is supported and encouraged.
This role is located in West London with excellent transport links and a great salary and package are available.
