Maintenance Handyperson

The role:

Our client is looking for several Maintenance Handyperson’s to carry out check and fix within student accommodation properties in and around the Stratford area across the summer timeline on a temporary basis.

You will be required to walk through student properties making note of any defects within the property including any fixtures and fittings that may need replacement or repair and any decoration that may need to be repaired to the required standard.

The role will be 8am-5pm paying £15 - £16 per hour and is looking to commence at the end of July.

What you will need to be successful:

You will need proven experience within the maintenance sector. Experience including but not limited to; painting, plumbing, carpentry and making good will be a huge advantage.
