Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their dynamic team covering the North West Greater Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge and experience in maintaining residential properties and will be adept at handling a variety of repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks across various residential properties.

• Address and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, joinery, painting, gardening, groundwork, and other general repairs.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard.

• Work closely with property owners and tenants, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction with work completed.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing tasks.

• Provide timely feedback and reports to management on ongoing tasks and projects.

• Carpentry/Joinery

• Plastering

• Painting

• Bathrooms and kitchens repairs

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance operative.

• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, equipment, and best practices in property maintenance.

• Friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and effective self-management.

• Possession of a full UK driving licence.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Salary between £34,000 to £37,000 dependant on experience and qualifications.
