We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen mobile multi skilled engineer ideally with both electrical and/or mechanical experience within the building services, HVAC maintenance sector. They will be working as a mobile maintenance engineer attending breakdowns and carrying out PPM’s to both mechanical and electrical plant and systems within commercial and multi tenanted offices across a portfolio of sites based in and around London and the surrounding areas.
 
We are looking for someone from either a solid Building Services background with good hands on experience or fully qualified engineers looking to move into the Facility Maintenance, HVAC or building services industry. All applicants should have a customer services approach, be client facing and able to communicate at all levels with both colleagues and customers, trouble shooting and thinking on your feet is a must, problem solving and solution based mentality.
 
Duties will include:
Routine Planned Preventative Maintenance – Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC
Maintaining all single and three phase Electrical Power and Distribution systems
Emergency Lighting test
Heating and Water Systems and all associated plant

Must have:

Full clean driving license
Proficient in using mobile device software (system: Joblogic)
Must be able to write reports/write-up’s proficiently and legible
Ability to communicate across all levels
