We are delighted to be working with a Higher Education client who due to business growth, are looking for a temporary Project Administrator to work within and assist the project team for 3 months with the possibility of extending.
The main job purpose will be to carry out administrative duties to support the work of project managers across the estate. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as minute taking, data inputting, diary management etc.
Main duties & responsibilities:
·First point of contact for the Projects Team and manage team diary
·Setting up meetings, booking rooms etc.
·Attending project meetings, taking accurate minutes, capture & follow-up on actions
·Maintaining the SharePoint project filing system, project by project
·Support the finance process for the projects (they can’t take over raising requisitions or receipting, but can support chasing their approval, matching invoices to PO’s and giving you a heads up to receipt them, invoice queries)
·Contractor diary arrangements
·Work with the PMO Administrator on project governance and chase PMs/consultants for missing documents
·Other support PMs as require on a project-by-project basis
Administration experience in construction would be an advantage.
This role will be approximately 60/40 office based and this would be determined by the PMs meetings, so could vary week to week with the days etc.
The role will be based on a 35-hour week (9am – 5pm, 1hr lunch).
