We are currently working with a unique commercial consultancy and a wholly owned subsidiary of a NHS Foundation to find a Project Manager for their programme and project management capability.

Over the past 5 years, this consultancy has established itself as a leading provider of consultancy-based services. They help both private and public sector clients all over the world become more efficient and effective through the delivery of strategic estates development.

Their range of specialist services includes Healthcare Planning, Strategic Estate Development, Property Consultancy, Capital Development, Sustainability, and Technology. 

As part of their continued expansion of their Programme and Project Management capability, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Capital Development team, based in either of their London or Oxfordshire offices.

Working in conjunction with their Directors and Associates, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of complex construction and development projects across the healthcare, science and education markets. 

This includes supporting their vision to grow and develop programme and project management as a leading-edge offering to external clients, including NHS organisations and private sector clients both within the UK and overseas. The role is full-time client-facing. The post holder will be expected to work within the programme and project management team in developing programme and project management expertise, processes and procedures to ensure a quality assured service delivery. The post holder will be expected to hold and achieve annual performance targets.

It is critical that you have a proven track record working on either healthcare, research, laboratories or education projects and have a clear understanding of NEC3 frameworks. The dedication and attention to detail amongst the team is its biggest asset and they require a similar minded and focused Project Manager to join. It would be desirable to have worked on a variety of properties, such as, listed, highly regulated or in need of full development as the projects are varied and complex.
