A niche property consultancy that specialises in valuation and property development has a unique opportunity to work as a Property Manager for one of their clients.

In this management position, you would be responsible for 18 freehold building's predominantly around Chelsea. All of the properties are long leaseholds that have been sold off so the key responsibilities would be;

- Collecting service charge

- Managing ground rents and insurance requirements

- Identifying, managing and tendering building refurbishment works to be done

Our client are an experienced property practice and have expertise within valuation, development and building surveys. They are looking for someone to take on the management of these properties for their client and expand the portfolio to grow the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years’ management experience, managing your own portfolio

• A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, tenancy agreements

• Experience in preparing budgets and the s.20 consultation process.

• Excellent customer service skills – the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents alike!

• Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

• Good working knowledge of ISO code of practice and code of conducts

• Experience managing site staff

This role can be on a part-time or full-time basis with remote working promoted, the offices for the organisation are based in Peckham so ability to be at the office when required is necessary.
