An independently owned and managed partnership with national coverage as a multi-disciplinary chartered surveying practice is looking to appoint a new Senior Surveyor with industrial agency experience into their Corporate Real Estate team.

You will be part of the team based in London and will help to deliver and exceed the commercial business plan, Vision 2020.

​

Their client base consists of large corporate and logistics companies and they work with a wide range of clients to suit their industrial property requirements. This includes international clients from the US and China.

​

You will be RICS qualified with at least two years PQE in a commercial surveying role. You will ideally have gained experience within an industrial agency role, with a focus on the tenant occupier side, as well as managing corporate real estate clients. Experience of disposal and acquisition work would also be valuable. As an ambitious surveyor, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines and client’s expectations.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Chartered Surveyor to bring their industry experience and knowledge to their Corporate Real Estate team in London. The focus will be on servicing largely industrial-based clients in the UK. Broadly an industrial agency role, focussed on the tenant/occupier side, with a strong base of existing corporate real estate clients.

The role will include disposal (lettings/sales and surrenders), as well as acquisition work (design and build, as well as site and buildings), together with consultancy that goes with managing portfolios, and providing industrial-specific advice.

This is a varied and exciting role for someone who has the desire to build strong client relationships and manage an existing portfolio (mainly industrial property) to help deliver and exceed the required client service and help grow the team.

In order to achieve success in the role the person appointed will need to meet the majority of these criteria in terms of skills and experience:
• RICS qualified with at least 2 years PQE in a commercial surveying role
• Demonstrable experience of developing new and existing client relationships
• Industrial agency experience
• Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Determined and driven to achieve exceptionally high standards and results
• Strong influencing skills in order to help develop long-lasting and productive relationships both internally and externally

• Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written

• A high degree of professional integrity
