A fantastic opportunity for a shift engineer to work at a prestigious hospital on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern. You will be required to be either electrically or mechanically qualified and have previous experience working in a critical environment within commercial building maintenance.

You will be working in a shift team of 8 and managing the daily reactive maintenance tasks as well as the weekly/monthly PPM maintenance. You will be recording your completed work on PDA's and respond to the facilities help desk team as and when required. You will be liaising with contractors to get project work completed and be vigilant with the maintenance and upkeep of this complex building.

The service provider responsible for the building maintenance contract prides itself on its excellent working relationships, therefore you must be able to communicate exceptionally well both written and verbally to all levels and stakeholders.
