The right candidate will have experience managing 10+ buildings and a team of maintenance engineers. It is imperative the candidate has an electrical background and a thorough understanding of UPS systems and BMS.

The role is for a corporate business park and the client requires a pro-active, client facing, customer-driven manager with a way of delivering a motivational approach to all staff and stakeholders. 

This is an immediate requirement as the previous post-holder has received a promotion to another account so progression is supported and encouraged. 

This role is located in West London with excellent transport links and a great salary and package are available.
